Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship orders in the most economical and reliable way possible. In order to accomplish this we utilize various carriers. Most companies use an inflated shipping rate chart to come up with shipping charges. This system is great for the companies because the rates are usually inflated and you will be paying more than it actually cost to ship an item. We prefer to charge actual shipping charges. In order to do this, orders must be accurately weighed and measured. Large orders are palletized and shipping quotes are obtained from carriers. Small orders are boxed and weighed. We can then figure an exact shipping charge using Fed-Ex Ground or UPS.
We deliver free of charge in the following Florida counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe.
For international orders we also deliver free of charge to freight forwarders and consolidators in the South Florida area.
Minimum Order
Most of our products are sold in dozens or case packs. Our minimum order amount is $ 50.00.
Returns
All returns require a return authorization. If the product is defective we will accept returns within 15 days after receipt. Please carefully check the packaging when your order arrives for damage. If damaged do not accept it. If the product is not what you want we will accept a return subject to a 20% restocking charge within 15 days of receipt. The product must be unused or washed and in its original packaging. Please call us for complete descriptions; we will do our best to accurately describe our products.
Samples
We receive many requests for samples and will try to oblige. We do charge for our samples because of the costs associated with breaking case packs and handling. Call for more information.
Backorders
We hate backorders! If a backorder is absolutely necessary you can expect a call from our customer service for instructions on how to proceed.
Payments
We currently accept credit cards via an authorization form that must be faxed to us. We are working to remedy this inconvenience.
We also offer terms subject to credit review and approval.
